Refund policy

Return Policy:
We do not currently accept returns. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@burningflame.ca and send your item to: Burning Flame Candle Company @ 105 Damascus Rd. Bedford, N.S. B4A0C2 Canada.

We take every precaution to ensure your candle arrives to you as quickly and safely as possible, however on rare occasion, breakage does occur in transit. If this has happened, please send us an email at info@burningflame.ca with the following:

  • Photos of the packaging and candle if possible and safe.
  • Quantity of broken candles as well as the order number (ex. #HSC123456) and we'll send a replacement ASAP. 

Please follow the steps above so we can solve your issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 105 Damascus Rd. Bedford, N.S. B4A0C2 Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a replacement, we will refund the cost of return shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
